We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Salesforce Product Analyst to join our Technology, Data and Intelligence team, contributing to our vision of driving clarity, collaboration, and accountability across the organization.
- • In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Experience and Service Cloud processes, including provisioning, post-contract workflows, and case management, to optimize the sales-to-support lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on driving improvements, streamlining integrations between Salesforce and our core product systems, and elevating our customer support operations to new heights of efficiency and effectiveness.
- • You will be instrumental in analyzing and refining the end-to-end sales-to-support workflow, ensuring a seamless and positive transition for customers from the initial sales engagement through to post-sales support. This involves a deep dive into existing processes, identifying potential bottlenecks or areas for enhancement, and implementing best practices to foster smooth operational transitions.
- • A key aspect of this position involves working on critical system integrations, specifically connecting Salesforce with our product systems. The goal is to ensure robust data flow and seamless interoperability, which is essential for maintaining efficient operations and providing a unified view of customer interactions and product usage.
