• • As a Salesforce Product Manager for Personal Lines at Baldwin Technology Company Inc., you will own the Stratus platform — the customized Salesforce CRM and operational core of MIS’s embedded insurance business — driving product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional delivery to enable advisor productivity, partner growth, and carrier connectivity.
• • Day to day, you will own the end-to-end product roadmap for Stratus, define and prioritize backlogs, translate stakeholder requirements into actionable epics and stories, partner with engineering to streamline release processes, serve as product owner for advisor-facing workflows (quoting, cross-sell, document automation, carrier payments), identify and eliminate workflow friction through data analysis and user observation, coordinate carrier and partner integrations, ensure compliance and eligibility rules are accurately reflected in CRM, and act as the primary product voice in business reviews and leadership updates.
