📋 Description

• The Salesforce PSS Developer DHS role supports a mission-critical implementation for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, deploying Salesforce Public Sector Solutions integrated with third-party systems using Agile methodology to enhance citizen engagement and case management.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and low-code tools; customizing Public Sector Solutions and Experience Cloud; collaborating with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions; building and maintaining secure integrations with external systems; supporting data migration from legacy systems; writing compliant, well-documented code; creating technical documentation for ATO and gate reviews; troubleshooting performance issues; and assisting with user training.
