- • Ensuring the quality and reliability of a mission-critical Salesforce-based SaaS solution for the US Department of Homeland Security by developing and executing test plans, validating system functionality, and ensuring compliance with federal security standards.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing, documenting, and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts; performing functional, integration, regression, and performance testing; validating data migration from legacy systems; collaborating with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements; identifying and tracking defects using Jira; participating in Agile ceremonies; supporting user acceptance testing; creating and maintaining QA documentation; and contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes.
