- • As a Salesforce Solution Architect, Sales Cloud at NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in delivering transformative Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations that drive customer success and innovation in AI-powered business solutions.
- • You will work directly with customers to understand their business needs, define requirements, design and configure scalable Sales Cloud solutions, lead development teams through QA and launch, and mentor junior team members on best practices.
- • You will partner with NeuraFlash’s AI team to integrate cutting-edge technologies like Agentforce and Einstein into Salesforce solutions, support pre-sales activities with demos and deal execution, and contribute thought leadership to elevate the company’s brand in the Sales Transformation space.
- • You will join a best-in-class Lead-to-Cash team within a pioneering AI and Salesforce partner organization, where you’ll continuously learn about the latest Salesforce features, shape enterprise architecture practices, and grow as a technical leader in a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and celebration.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on project experience in a Salesforce-focused role
- • 10+ implementations of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
- • Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform architecture and its application to solve complex sales, sales operations, product, and business use cases
- • Experience with release management, application lifecycle management, deployment best practices, and governance
- • Client-facing experience in pre-sales, project management, discovery and design, solution delivery, and enterprise application architecture
