📋 Description

• As a SAP Integration Architect specializing in PI/PO to BTP migration, you will lead enterprise customers through the critical transformation of their legacy SAP middleware landscapes to modern, cloud-native integration architectures on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), directly enabling faster, more agile, and AI-augmented business processes that reduce operational overhead and increase system resilience.
• Your work will directly support Tessera Labs’ mission to operationalize AI in the enterprise by modernizing integration backbones that feed data into Mosaic AI, ensuring seamless, real-time data flow across SAP, SaaS, and custom systems — making you a pivotal enabler of intelligent automation at scale.
• Day to day, you will assess and analyze existing SAP PI/PO integration landscapes, including ESR artifacts, message mappings, graphical mappings, UDFs, operation mappings, ID configurations, and adapter setups to understand current-state complexity, dependencies, and redundancy.
• You will design target-state integration architectures using SAP BTP Integration Suite, defining migration strategies for ESR artifacts, message and operation mappings, integration scenarios, and adapter-based integrations, while architecting approaches for SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), API-based, event-driven, and hybrid landscapes.
• You will leverage AI-assisted tools to analyze large PI/PO landscapes, uncover mapping logic and transformation rules, identify patterns and dependencies, and generate migration insights — applying AI to semantic mapping discovery, documentation, data mapping analysis, and migration acceleration.
• You will architect and implement integrations between SAP systems and key cloud solutions including SAP Ariba (supplier master, PO, invoice, catalog sync via CIG/APIs/cXML), SAP SuccessFactors (employee master, org structure, payroll via OData, Compound Employee API, IDocs/SOAP), and SAP Fieldglass (worker data, time/expense, procurement via APIs/file-based/middleware).
• You will design integrations with external enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce (customer master, order, quote/contract via REST/Bulk API/Platform Events), Workday (HR/finance/payroll via SOAP/REST APIs/Studio), and ServiceNow (ITSM, incident/change, service requests via REST/event-based/webhooks).
• You will establish reusable integration patterns, governance standards, and migration accelerators, drawing on deep expertise in API-led, event-driven, canonical data models, message transformation, error handling, retry patterns, and observability to ensure scalable, maintainable architectures.
• You will collaborate closely with enterprise architects, product teams, and customers to translate functional domains — including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, HR integrations, supplier onboarding, and financial flows — into robust, future-proof integration solutions that align with business objectives.
• You will contribute to defining integration modernization roadmaps and governance frameworks that reduce long-term TTP, eliminate technical debt, and position enterprises to rapidly adopt AI-driven innovations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO, including deep expertise in ESR, Integration Directory, graphical message mapping, UDFs, adapter framework (IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, File, JDBC, SFTP, HTTP), and BPM/BRM.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise integration architectures using SAP BTP Integration Suite, including SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management, Event Mesh, Open Connectors, and Integration Advisor, with proficiency in iFlows, message mappings, Groovy scripting, value mappings, and integration packages.
• Demonstrated success integrating SAP systems with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, and Fieldglass using APIs, middleware, and standard integration patterns.
