- • We are seeking a driven and experienced SAP Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic DACH team and contribute to our continued growth. This full-time role is crucial for driving the success of our SAP Cloud Services.
- • Our SAP Unit has a proven track record of delighting clients with bespoke solutions and seamless operations. Our core mission is to deliver innovative and tailored SAP services that optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency for our customers.
- • In this pivotal sales position, you will be instrumental in driving the sales success of our SAP Cloud Services, built on the robust foundations of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. You will also focus on SAP Cloud ERP and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to identify and capitalize on opportunities within SAP migration and transition projects. You will leverage your deep expertise to articulate the compelling advantages of adopting a comprehensive SAP Cloud strategy to potential and existing clients.
- • With a keen eye for market trends and emerging technologies, you will spearhead the market introduction of our Managed Service products. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with internal departments to conceptualize and develop innovative new offerings that precisely meet the evolving needs and demands of our customer base.
- • This role offers unparalleled flexibility, allowing you to work remotely across Germany, in a hybrid model, or from one of our conveniently located offices in Germany (Magstadt, Darmstadt, Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Cologne, Ulm, Heidelberg, Frankfurt). You will have the freedom to choose your preferred working environment and hardware (Mac, Windows, or Linux) to maximize your productivity.
- • You will be responsible for the strategic acquisition and market development within the SAP and Cloud ecosystem. This involves identifying and securing new strategic clients while also exploring and penetrating new market segments.
- • You will manage the entire sales cycle autonomously, from initial contact and lead qualification through to the successful negotiation and closing of contracts.
- • Conducting in-depth market and competitor analyses will be key to effectively positioning our unique selling propositions (USPs) against competitors and highlighting our distinct advantages.
- • A significant aspect of the role involves engaging with and presenting to C-level executives (CIO, CTO, CFO), demonstrating a confident and persuasive approach to secure buy-in and drive business forward.
- • You will take the lead in crafting complex proposals, including the development of tailored solution designs, compelling business cases, and comprehensive offer documentation.
- • In strategic account management, you will build and nurture long-term, robust relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- • You will proactively analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, thereby expanding our service portfolio, particularly in areas like cloud migrations and managed services.
- • Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide clients through their digital transformation journeys, leveraging SAP innovations to achieve their strategic objectives.
- • You will maintain ownership and precise forecasting of your sales pipeline within our CRM system (HubSpot).
- • Internally, you will orchestrate cross-functional expert teams, including Presales, Consulting, and Cloud Architects, to develop optimal customer solutions.
- • You will strategically manage resources and stakeholders, ensuring the effective allocation of capacities for complex projects and Proofs-of-Concept.
- • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales strategy and mentoring junior team members will be an integral part of your role.
- • Regular reporting on sales performance and deriving strategic recommendations for management will be expected.
- • You will work with a diverse and impressive client portfolio, including notable names such as Lorenz, VHV, and Axel Springer.
