  • • Develop and maintain a multi-route-to-market business plan outlining scaled program strategy, goals, and milestones for the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment.
  • • Design and execute scalable Business Development Programs across Distribution, Strategic Alliances, and Digital Channels to generate partner-sourced pipeline and new customer logos.
  • • Collaborate with internal sales teams and external partners to conduct account mapping exercises aimed at accessing new SMB customer segments.
  • • Lead partner enablement initiatives including certification, demand generation, and joint marketing activities aligned with CrowdStrike’s APEX framework.
  • • Establish and track KPIs for program performance, analyzing leading indicators to propose and implement corrective actions for underperforming routes-to-market.
  • • Drive partner recruitment and retention across global markets to expand the partner base and increase coverage of the SMB segment.
  • • Influence cross-functional teams including Distribution, Alliance, and Regional Account Managers to align on comprehensive engagement and rollout strategies.
  • • Promote adoption of the full Falcon platform by partners, increasing upsell and cross-sell of additional modules and services within the SMB customer base.
  • • Support Go-To-Market initiatives by encouraging partners to contribute to media, PR, and industry events as part of the scaled motion.
  • • Maintain a quota-driven sales environment with accountability for measurable outcomes in new logo acquisition, partner-sourced revenue, and program execution.
  • • Deliver compelling value propositions to partners and internal stakeholders to drive program adoption and accelerate deal velocity.
  • • Identify and influence critical decision-makers at multiple levels within partner organizations, including C-level executives.
  • • Apply strong business acumen and professionalism to manage complex, multi-channel sales programs in a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment.
  • • Ensure consistent execution of scalable sales motions across multiple geographies while adapting to local market objectives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5 years of experience working with Technology Vendors in a Channel, Distribution, or Strategic Alliances led sales position
  • • Ability to network multiple levels within an account up to C-Level
  • • Experience in Cybersecurity is preferred
  • • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • • Ability to create and deliver value propositions
  • • Proven sales track record and ability to succeed in a quota-driven sales environment at an Enterprise level
