- • As a Scaled Customer Success Manager at Spellbook Legal Inc., you will drive adoption, retention, and engagement across a high-volume portfolio of small to mid-sized customers, ensuring they derive ongoing value from the AI-powered contract drafting and review tool used by over 4,000 legal teams.
- • You will own the end-to-end customer journey for 150+ accounts, managing onboarding, adoption, risk mitigation, and renewals through a blend of automation, data insights, and personalized outreach—delivering value at scale without relying on frequent 1:1 meetings.
- • You will work within a fast-growing, well-funded legal tech company backed by Khosla Ventures, Thomson Reuters Ventures, and others, operating in a mission-driven environment focused on eliminating contract work drudgery for legal professionals.
- • You will develop expertise in scalable customer success strategies, refine engagement playbooks, partner with product and marketing teams, and strengthen your ability to use CRM data (e.g., HubSpot) to trigger targeted interventions and improve customer health scores.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment
- • Proven ability to manage and impact a high volume of accounts (150+) without compromising support quality or customer outcomes
- • Excellent written communication skills for crafting persuasive emails, product updates, and usage follow-ups
- • Strong organizational and systems thinking skills, with experience refining workflows, segmenting accounts, and optimizing processes
- • Comfortable driving customer value through asynchronous channels like Loom videos, email playbooks, and group training rather than relying on live meetings
- • Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot and a commitment to maintaining clean, accurate data hygiene
