- ⢠As a Schadensachbearbeiter (m/w/d) in Unfallversicherung, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals facing unexpected events by processing and assessing accident insurance claims, ensuring timely and fair benefit decisions in line with Sedgwickâs âwe careâ mission.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities include processing and reviewing damage reports from group and individual accident insurance (e.g., daily allowances, repatriation, disability, death benefits), communicating with clients, service providers, and partners domestically and internationally, determining eligibility for benefits, approving or denying payouts, documenting claim progress in internal systems, and contributing to process improvements and service quality enhancements.

đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Completed vocational training as an insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt/in), insurance clerk (Versicherungskaufmann/-frau), or commercial clerk for insurance and finance, or equivalent commercial qualification
- ⢠Professional experience in processing insurance claims, preferably in the accident insurance sector
- ⢠Excellent German and English language skills in speaking and writing (C1/C2 level)
