- • The Scheduling Specialist at Anna Autism Care plays a critical role in ensuring consistent client coverage and fair staff utilization by creating, maintaining, and adjusting therapy schedules across clinics in real time.
- • Day to day, the role involves building accurate daily and weekly schedules using Excel and Lumary, responding to real-time changes such as cancellations or staff callouts, monitoring the texting dashboard for scheduling updates, and coordinating with Clinical Directors to align schedules with staff availability, client needs, and clinic priorities.
- • Anna Autism Care is a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving autism care for children and families, operating with a supportive, growth-oriented team that values collaboration, accuracy, and operational excellence in delivering behavioral therapy services.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in healthcare scheduling systems, gain experience in optimizing staff workload and billable time, strengthen cross-functional communication skills, and contribute directly to the efficiency and quality of autism therapy delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • Prior experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or healthcare operations (especially ABA or allied health) preferred
- • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities quickly
- • Proficient with scheduling software, spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), and time zone coordination
- • Comfortable working independently and during the specified U.S. Eastern Time hours (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET)
- • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
