- • Own the entire school & association partnership lifecycle—from first cold email to signed MOU—building a predictable, scalable pipeline of diverse student talent for Clasp’s employer partners.
- • Design and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email sequences, LinkedIn, phone, campus mailers) targeting deans, career-center directors, faculty champions, and presidents of student associations; track open/reply/conversion rates weekly and iterate messaging in real time.
- • Become the face of Clasp at 30+ virtual info sessions, career fairs, and on-campus pop-ups per quarter; secure prime booth placement, coordinate swag, and deliver 60-second “rocket pitches” that turn curious students into qualified applicants.
- • Build and maintain a living CRM database (HubSpot) of 1,000+ contacts across 200 target schools; log every touchpoint, set follow-up tasks, and create dashboards that give leadership instant visibility into pipeline health and projected cohort yield.
- • Collaborate daily with Growth Marketing to align messaging, with Talent Fulfillment to forecast seat capacity, and with Product to surface school feedback that shapes new features (e.g., co-branded landing pages or micro-scholarships).
- • Negotiate win-win partnership terms—ranging from sponsored classroom projects to alumni mentor networks—that increase Clasp’s brand equity on campus while delivering measurable value to schools (internship credits, DEI metrics, debt-relief stories).
- • Analyze campaign data to identify high-converting segments (e.g., HBCU engineering programs, women-in-tech clubs) and double-down budget and travel time where ROI is highest.
- • Create and ship a monthly “Campus Intelligence” newsletter to internal stakeholders summarizing market trends, competitor moves, and emerging talent pools, ensuring Clasp stays two steps ahead.
- • Champion Clasp’s social-impact narrative externally and internally; turn student success stories into case studies that fuel both PR and future school pitches.
- • Travel up to 30 % (primarily domestic) during peak recruiting seasons; manage your own calendar, budget, and expense reports while keeping carbon footprint low through smart routing and virtual alternatives when possible.
- • Maintain an obsessive focus on candidate experience: every student you meet should leave the conversation feeling seen, informed, and excited about a debt-free path to a meaningful career.
