- • As the Director, Auto Industry for Scores Client Services at FICO, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the strategic vision for FICO® Score's dominance within the automotive financing sector. This pivotal role demands a forward-thinking leader capable of translating complex market dynamics into actionable growth strategies, while simultaneously cultivating robust, C-level relationships with key stakeholders across the auto lending, dealership, and solution provider ecosystems.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to protect and expand FICO® Score's market share by developing and implementing multi-year growth plans. This involves meticulous industry segmentation, precise market positioning, and optimizing go-to-market approaches to ensure maximum effectiveness and penetration.
- • You will spearhead critical cross-organizational initiatives and high-impact projects, acting as a central force for driving innovation and success within the auto industry practice. This leadership extends to serving as the primary strategic advisor to the Vice President of Auto, providing indispensable industry insights and strategic counsel to the broader FICO® Scores Leadership Team.
- • A core component of this role is building and nurturing enduring C-level relationships. You will engage with executives at Auto Lenders, Dealerships, and Solution Providers, consistently positioning FICO® Scores as the undisputed industry standard for credit risk assessment and decisioning.
- • Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor is paramount. This involves deeply understanding the strategic business objectives of key clients and industry influencers, and expertly aligning FICO's comprehensive suite of solutions to meet and exceed their evolving needs.
- • You will be responsible for generating actionable market intelligence and developing sophisticated, scalable competitive analyses. This data-driven approach will directly inform critical decisions regarding pricing strategies, market positioning, and product development, ensuring FICO remains at the forefront of the industry.
- • Thought leadership is a key expectation. You will represent FICO at industry events, deliver impactful strategic presentations, and engage in client consultations that showcase FICO's expertise and value proposition.
- • Tackling complex client and solution challenges will be part of your daily work. You will provide strategic recommendations for contracting, pricing structures, and service delivery models, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
