📋 Description

• • The Scrum Master serves as the Agile delivery leader responsible for facilitating team execution, delivery rhythm, and continuous improvement across workstreams including testing, RPA/ML, DevSecOps, AppSec, and technical governance, enabling high-performing, self-organizing teams by removing impediments and optimizing Agile ceremonies in a high-oversight government contracting environment.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives), translating program priorities into sprint execution plans, coordinating dependencies across teams, tracking progress and risks, supporting release planning, managing impediments, maintaining Agile metrics, coordinating team logistics (onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, access), and partnering with Product Owners and government stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
