- • The SDE I role at CSG Systems International, Inc. is a software development position focused on building and maintaining enterprise-level applications using the .NET stack and related web technologies. This role contributes directly to CSG’s mission of empowering companies to create seamless digital experiences for customers and businesses.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing, testing, and debugging C#/.NET MVC applications, writing and optimizing MS-SQL queries (tables, views, stored procedures), implementing front-end features using JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, and responsive design, and integrating web services via RESTful APIs, WCF, SOAP, and .NET Web API. The role also involves using Git for version control, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting end-users through technical problem resolution.
- • You will join a collaborative engineering team within CSG’s India Remote workforce, contributing to platforms that support billing, customer care, and digital engagement for global brands. The team values innovation, integrity, and impact, fostering an environment where engineers are encouraged to solve complex problems and grow technically.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-stack .NET development, gain hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS), and improve your ability to deliver scalable, maintainable software in an enterprise environment. You’ll also develop stronger troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills while working across teams to support mission-critical systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in a software development role
- • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- • Proficiency in C# and .NET MVC
- • Experience with MS-SQL including tables, views, and stored procedures
- • Skills in JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, and responsive design
- • Experience with cloud services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)
