📋 Description

• As an SDE Lead at CSG Systems International, Inc., you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of solutions built on the Encompass (Singleview) platform, driving architecture, design, and implementation to support business objectives.
• Day to day, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and integration strategies, lead architectural discussions, design and document scalable systems, solve complex technical challenges, mentor team members, and contribute hands-on to coding and configuration when needed.
• You will join a global technology company with over 40 years of experience empowering brands to deliver seamless customer and employee experiences through innovative software solutions, operating with a culture rooted in integrity, innovation, and impact.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise architecture and Encompass (Singleview) design, strengthen your leadership and mentoring abilities, and contribute to high-impact technical decisions that influence product scalability and performance across CSG’s portfolio.
