  • • Be the first human touchpoint for Fortune 1000 insurers discovering Roots Automation’s agentic AI. You will own the top-of-funnel motion, translating complex AI capabilities into crisp business value for C-suite executives, VPs of Operations, and Claims leaders who are desperate to cut cycle times and boost accuracy.
  • • Run a high-velocity, high-discipline outbound engine: 80+ personalized touches per day across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, all mapped to an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) playbook that you help refine weekly with Marketing and Sales leadership.
  • • Research and map org charts inside the largest P&C carriers and brokers, identifying economic buyers, champions, and blockers. Build multi-threaded sequences that speak to underwriters, claims adjusters, and IT architects in their own language—turning technical specs into ROI stories.
  • • Qualify inbound demand from webinars, white-papers, and trade-show leads within 15 minutes of arrival, using MEDDICC-style discovery to surface pain, budget, timeline, and competitive landscape. You will book and prep Account Executives with detailed briefs so they walk into every meeting ready to close.
  • • Maintain pristine CRM hygiene in Salesforce: log every call, email, and intent signal; tag contacts with persona and buying stage; forecast pipeline weekly with 95 % accuracy. Your data will directly steer campaign spend and product roadmap priorities.
  • • Experiment with new messaging, sequences, and offers every week. A/B test subject lines, call openers, and value props—then share winning plays in our #sdr-wins Slack channel so the entire revenue org levels up.
  • • Collaborate with Demand Gen on field events, gifting campaigns, and vertical microsites. When we launch InsurGPT-3, you’ll craft the launch sequence that lands us 50 C-level demos in the first 30 days.
  • • Hit and exceed pipeline targets: 25 qualified meetings and 10 sales-accepted opportunities per month. Top performers earn fast-track promotion to Account Executive or Revenue Operations within 12–18 months.
  • • Champion the customer voice back to Product and Engineering. When prospects ask for new document types or compliance features, you’ll package the feedback into actionable user stories that influence our next sprint.
  • • Thrive in a fully remote, asynchronous culture. Join daily stand-ups from your home office, a co-working space, or a beach in Bali—as long as you bring energy, curiosity, and results.
