📋 Description

• Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.
• The role is remote, with a required timezone within ±3 hours of CET.
• The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and at least one additional language (French, German, Danish, Dutch, Spanish, or Portuguese).
• The SDR will be responsible for making 50+ outbound sales calls per day, prospecting and qualifying leads across target European markets, and building genuine rapport with clients.
• The role requires strong communication skills, including being persuasive, clear, and comfortable on the phone all day.
• The SDR will also be responsible for logging everything properly in the CRM and helping shape a young, fast-moving company from the ground floor.
• The ideal candidate will have proven experience in outbound sales, including cold calling, and a willingness and stamina to hit 60+ calls per day consistently.
