- • As an SDR at Tandem Health Inc., you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint across France by building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and driving adoption of a clinician-first digital platform designed to reduce administrative burden and restore time to patient care. This role is critical to the company’s mission of reimagining healthcare through technology that is built by clinicians, for clinicians, and directly addresses real-world workflow inefficiencies in medical practices.
- • You will own and manage a defined geographic territory in France, establishing a consistent on-site presence to build credibility and trust with clinicians, clinic managers, and care facility leaders through face-to-face engagement. Your daily activities will include prospecting in the field by visiting clinics, private practices, and care centers to uncover operational pain points, initiate meaningful conversations, and schedule product demonstrations that lead to qualified sales opportunities.
- • You will lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing and onboarding, conducting discovery calls to understand clinicians’ workflows, positioning Tandem Health’s solution as a tailored response to their specific challenges, handling objections with empathy and insight, and guiding new users through hands-on onboarding and training to ensure successful adoption and long-term value realization.
- • You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine outbound messaging, share frontline insights from the field, and continuously improve go-to-market playbooks based on real-world feedback, ensuring that the company’s approach remains agile, clinician-centric, and effective in a competitive health-tech landscape.
- • You will develop deep expertise in healthcare technology sales, gaining practical experience in selling SaaS solutions to regulated environments, mastering consultative selling techniques, and learning how to align product value with clinical outcomes — positioning yourself for rapid growth into senior sales or leadership roles as Tandem Health scales its European commercial team.
- • You will contribute to a mission-driven culture where your work directly impacts clinician well-being and patient care quality, operating in a high-trust, fast-paced environment that values curiosity, ownership, and learning — supported by regular global team gatherings in Sweden that foster connection, alignment, and shared purpose across borders.
