- • As an SDR Inbound Spain at Lexroom.ai, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by managing inbound leads and ensuring a seamless handoff to Account Executives, directly contributing to the expansion of a trusted legal AI platform used by thousands of legal professionals across Europe.
- • You will become a product expert and evangelist for Lexroom.ai’s cutting-edge legal AI solution, deeply understanding its value proposition to effectively communicate its benefits to Spanish-speaking legal professionals and guide them through the early stages of the sales journey.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing and qualifying inbound leads from marketing channels, scheduling product demos for Account Executives, maintaining accurate records in HubSpot CRM, and ensuring timely follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
- • You will collaborate closely with the sales team to align on lead quality, share insights from customer interactions, and support the development of tailored outreach strategies that move prospects efficiently through the sales funnel.
- • You will lead and execute lead-generation and nurturing initiatives specifically targeting the Spanish legal market, including email campaigns, webinar follow-ups, and content-driven outreach, to build a healthy and predictable pipeline for the sales team.
- • You will continuously refine your approach by analyzing lead performance data, testing messaging variations, and providing feedback to marketing and product teams to improve messaging and product-market fit in the Iberian region.

🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role, with demonstrated ability to manage leads and follow up consistently.
- • Native or full professional fluency in both Spanish and English, enabling effective communication with legal professionals and internal teams across regions.
- • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM for lead tracking, pipeline management, activity logging, and generating basic sales reports.
- • A proactive, go-getter mentality with resilience in the face of rejection and a strong drive to learn, adapt, and contribute to team goals.
- • Curiosity about how fast-growing tech companies operate and eagerness to grow alongside a scaling team in a dynamic environment.
- • (Nice-to-have) Legal background or familiarity with the Spanish legal system, which would accelerate product understanding and credibility with prospects.
