- • This is a dynamic 'player-coach' position where you will not only prospect and build pipeline but also define and implement the strategies, playbooks, and team structure for our outbound motion.
- • You will be instrumental in building a high-performing, scalable sales development function from the ground up, driving efficiency and revenue growth.
- • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), cultivating an environment that fosters excellence, continuous improvement, and a strong sense of ownership.
- • Design and implement robust processes and best practices for generating qualified opportunities, ensuring seamless collaboration between SDRs and Account Executives (AEs).
- • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement rigorous tracking and measurement systems for sales data, using these insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous optimization of our sales development efforts.
- • Champion a culture of sales excellence, ensuring that the SDR team consistently adheres to best practices and achieves high performance standards.
- • Take ownership of the recruitment process, actively sourcing and attracting top-tier talent to build a motivated and skilled SDR team, and oversee their ongoing development and career growth.
- • Ensure the effective and proper utilization of critical sales tools such as Salesforce and Outreach for meticulous tracking and management of all sales activities and pipeline progression.
- • Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and other sales leadership to align SDR initiatives with broader company objectives and contribute significantly to achieving overall sales targets.
- • Drive the strategic direction of outbound prospecting efforts, identifying target markets, crafting compelling messaging, and experimenting with new approaches to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the SDR team, focusing on product knowledge, sales methodologies, prospecting techniques, and tool proficiency.
- • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to SDRs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing coaching plans to support their professional development.
- • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine our sales development strategies accordingly.
- • Foster strong cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy and a seamless customer journey.
- • Contribute to the development of sales collateral, pitch decks, and other enablement materials to support the SDR team's success.
- • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technology and their application in the healthcare and housing industries to effectively communicate EliseAI's value proposition.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2 years of management experience, specifically leading Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) or Account Executives (AEs).
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience selling SaaS products in an Account Executive (AE) role.
- • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and performance targets.
- • High levels of energy, self-motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
