- • As the SDR Manager for Dash0 in New York, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s outbound engine in the US market by building, leading, and developing a high-performing Sales Development team that fuels both Commercial and Enterprise sales motions. Your leadership will directly impact Dash0’s growth trajectory by transforming outbound activity into qualified pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities that support revenue goals and market expansion.
- • You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing a team of Commercial and Enterprise SDRs, owning their pipeline targets and outbound KPIs such as meetings booked, opportunities created, and pipeline generated. This includes designing and iterating on outbound sequences, messaging, and prospecting strategies tailored to technical buyers like VPs of Engineering, SREs, and Platform Engineers. You will run structured coaching sessions, call reviews, and pipeline meetings to drive continuous improvement, partner closely with Account Executives for seamless handoffs, and collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to align on target accounts, lead scoring, and campaign follow-up. Ultimately, you will foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement within the team.
