- • As the founding SDR for a new vertical at Dandy Technology, you will be the first sales hire responsible for building the top of the funnel from scratch in a 0-to-1 role, shaping the outbound playbook and laying the foundation for future team growth.
- • Your day-to-day will involve serving as the initial point of contact for prospects in a new vertical, utilizing email, phone, and creative outbound channels, building and iterating on sales sequences and scripts, tracking activity in Salesforce, overcoming objections, and partnering with Account Executives on client handoffs.
- • You will join a mission-driven company transforming the $400B dental industry by building the operating system for dental offices worldwide, backed by leading venture capital and focused on simplifying and modernizing dental practice through technology.
- • In this role, you will learn how to build a sales motion from zero, develop expertise in outbound sales strategy, gain experience working directly with senior leadership on GTM strategy, and grow your skills in a high-growth, ambiguous environment where you define what success looks like.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of XDR/BDR/SDR experience in a high-growth startup environment (SaaS strongly preferred)
- • Experience launching outbound into a new vertical, new market, or new product — you've been the first or among the first in a seat before and know what it takes to build from nothing
- • Strong cold-calling chops (SMB experience is a big plus)
- • Comfort operating without a playbook — you write the playbook as you go
- • Ability to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
- • Experience with standard sales tools and a desire to explore and implement new tools to streamline the sales process
