📋 Description

• The Search Operations Manager at Oxeon Partners serves as the central strategic driver and operational anchor for the firm’s search practice, responsible for optimizing talent, capacity, and profitability to drive organizational growth.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the business development pipeline in Recruiterflow, allocating resources across 56–60 concurrent searches, advising on fee structures, monitoring search performance and trends, designing scalable operational workflows, and leading quality assurance and NPS processes.
• Oxeon Partners is a healthcare-focused executive search firm that connects leaders shaping the future of health delivery, technology, life sciences, and value-based care, operating with an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and collaborative culture.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in operational strategy, data-driven decision-making, cross-functional influence, and process architecture while gaining direct exposure to executive leadership and firm-wide strategy in a high-growth environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3–5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations, or cross-functional execution role in a high-growth environment (Chief of Staff Profile)
• 5–7 years of experience in staffing, resource allocation, revenue operations, or project management within a consultative client services environment (Professional Services Profile)
• Proven ability to drive alignment and influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and situational awareness to navigate sensitive conversations
• Skill in translating complex data into clear executive narratives and providing data-backed counsel
