📋 Description

• As a Security Product Manager at XTIUM, you will lead the development and lifecycle management of the Managed Security Services portfolio, playing a critical role in shaping the company’s approach to security products in an AI-driven future, including addressing emerging threats from GenAI and quantum computing.
• Day to day, you will define and execute product strategy and roadmap for managed security services (SOC, MDR, SIEM, vulnerability management, threat intelligence), conduct market research and competitive analysis, collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, security operations, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, translate customer and business requirements into product specifications and user stories, manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization, drive go-to-market strategies including pricing and positioning, monitor product performance and KPIs, and ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• XTIUM’s Product Management team is the key leadership group providing business direction, product vision, and end-to-end Product Life Cycle management across all lines of business, working closely with Sales, Engineering/Development, Operations, and Outbound Marketing to deliver revenue-bearing services through cross-functional product teams.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cybersecurity product strategy, gain hands-on experience with AI-integrated security solutions, strengthen your ability to lead complex technical product lifecycles in a remote global environment, and contribute to innovative solutions that address next-generation threat vectors, positioning yourself as a leader in the evolving security technology landscape.
