  • • As a Security Renewals Representative at WatchGuard Technologies, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our existing customer base and driving revenue growth through strategic renewal management. This position is integral to our mission of protecting businesses worldwide from evolving cyber threats, ensuring our clients continue to benefit from our cutting-edge security solutions.
  • • You will be responsible for the proactive management and retention of renewal contracts, with a particular focus on mid to high-value opportunities. This involves a deep understanding of our product portfolio and the value proposition we deliver to our customers.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to 'trade up' existing customers to more advanced or comprehensive security solutions, thereby enhancing their security posture and increasing their investment in WatchGuard's ecosystem.
  • • You will engage directly with a diverse range of stakeholders, including our extensive partner network (resellers, system integrators, and consultants) and WatchGuard’s internal sales and technical teams.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a high level of customer communication, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure seamless renewal processes and to proactively address any potential concerns.
  • • You will be instrumental in delivering pre-qualified renewal opportunities to our channel partners, equipping them with the necessary information and support to close deals effectively.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will involve building and nurturing robust renewal pipelines, meticulously tracking opportunities, and ensuring timely follow-ups with partners and customers.
  • • Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to close high-value renewal opportunities within your assigned territory, directly impacting WatchGuard's recurring revenue and market share.
  • • You will work collaboratively with Channel Account Managers (CAMs), Territory Channel Account Managers (TCAMs), Named Account Managers (NAMs), and Sales Engineers (SEs) to devise and execute effective sales strategies.
  • • These strategies will be designed to maintain the highest possible levels of customer retention, a cornerstone of WatchGuard's long-term success and reputation.
  • • The role requires a proactive and energetic approach, utilizing both manual processes and automated tools to manage renewals across the US and Canada.
  • • You will be a key player in promoting and selling renewal contracts, ensuring that our customers remain protected by WatchGuard's industry-leading security solutions.
