SEM & SEO Specialist

📋 Description

• • The SEM & SEO Specialist will own all search engine marketing and search engine optimization initiatives, with a strong focus on paid search campaign performance and ongoing SEO improvements to drive measurable growth in traffic, conversions, and return on investment for U.S.-based clients.
• • Day to day, the specialist will manage Google Ads campaigns across search, display, shopping, and remarketing; conduct keyword research and bid optimization; implement on-page and technical SEO improvements; analyze performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush; and deliver regular reports with actionable insights.
• • Scale Army supports a growing business focused on strengthening its digital acquisition strategy through high-performance paid search and organic visibility, serving U.S.-based clients from a fully remote team operating 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
• • In this role, the person will develop expertise in aligning paid and organic search strategies, mastering advanced campaign optimization techniques, and using data to drive strategic marketing decisions that directly impact business growth and client ROI.
