  • • As a Senior 3D Artist, you will play a pivotal role in defining and building the entire visual foundation for new puzzle games. This encompasses not only the creative aspects but also the technical, operational, and strategic directions of the art production. You will have the unique chance to influence and evolve the artistic direction of projects and establish robust 3D art pipelines in close collaboration with the Principal 3D Artist. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the visual quality and consistency of our games, making them appealing and memorable for millions of players worldwide.
  • • Key responsibilities will include the creation of high-quality 3D models, intricate textures, and compelling materials specifically tailored for mobile puzzle games. You will be expected to deliver assets that are not only visually stunning but also optimized for the mobile platform, ensuring a polished and engaging user experience. A deep understanding of industry-standard tools such as 3ds Max and ZBrush is essential, particularly in the context of creating stylized assets that resonate with the mobile gaming audience.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve defining and establishing the 3D art standards, pipelines, and production systems. This proactive approach will ensure visual consistency and scalability across all game assets, facilitating efficient development and maintaining a high level of quality throughout the project lifecycle. You will work hand-in-hand with the Principal 3D Artist and a diverse range of multidisciplinary teams, including designers, engineers, and producers, to collectively elevate the overall visual quality and artistic integrity of the games.
  • • While contributing to the strategic direction, you will also remain actively involved in hands-on asset creation. This dual focus allows you to leverage your senior-level expertise to guide and mentor other team members when necessary, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Your ability to work cross-functionally with design, tech, and production teams will be crucial in supporting strategic art and technical decisions, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
  • • A strong command of implementing 3D assets within the Unity engine is a core requirement. This includes proficiency in setting up materials, lighting, prefabs, and overall scene composition to achieve the desired visual outcomes. Furthermore, you will be tasked with applying advanced optimization techniques to ensure seamless performance on mobile devices, striking a critical balance between visual fidelity and technical constraints. This requires a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of mobile performance bottlenecks.
  • • To support efficient team production and knowledge sharing, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for pipelines, workflows, and best practices. This ensures that the entire team operates with clarity and consistency, promoting best practices and facilitating onboarding for new members. Your proactive attitude and strong work ethic will be vital in inspiring colleagues and driving projects forward.
