  • • As a Senior Account Director at Stacker Technologies, Inc., you will be at the forefront of managing and expanding our most critical client relationships, with a particular emphasis on enterprise-level and high-impact accounts. This pivotal role demands a strategic and commercially astute leader who can not only ensure the long-term success and retention of our clients but also drive significant growth within their accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor, engaging with senior stakeholders within client organizations to shape and execute performance strategies that span the entire client lifecycle, from initial onboarding and seamless execution to successful renewal.
  • • Reporting directly to the Head of Accounts, you will be entrusted with managing a high-value book of business. Success in this role will be measured by clear quarterly renewal and growth targets, requiring a proactive and results-oriented approach. A key responsibility will be to articulate and drive executive-level performance narratives, demonstrating the tangible value Stacker delivers. This involves a deep understanding of client objectives and the ability to translate complex data into compelling business cases.
  • • You will be instrumental in identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities within existing accounts. This requires a keen eye for potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities, as well as the ability to influence both client outcomes and internal processes. As Stacker continues to scale, your insights and strategic guidance will be crucial in refining our enterprise offering and ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our largest clients.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses a strategic mindset, a strong commercial acumen, and thrives in complex, dynamic environments. Fluency in performance metrics and the ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable business value are paramount. While experience in MarTech, SEO, or digital media is highly advantageous, the core qualifications lie in your proven ability to lead sophisticated client relationships, guide strategic initiatives, and collaborate effectively across internal teams to achieve measurable, impactful results.

  • • Key responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic account plans for a portfolio of high-value clients, conducting regular business reviews with senior client stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and identify strategic opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact for all client needs and escalations. You will also collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure client success and to provide market feedback that informs product development and company strategy. Furthermore, you will be expected to mentor and support junior account management staff, contributing to the overall growth and expertise of the Accounts team.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years of experience in account management, client success, digital strategy, or performance marketing, with a proven track record of owning renewals and driving revenue growth within client accounts.
  • • Demonstrated experience managing complex, long-term client relationships and effectively communicating with senior or executive-level stakeholders.
  • • Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO fundamentals, digital distribution strategies, and performance measurement, with a keen interest in emerging trends like GEO strategies.
  • • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, synthesize key insights, and translate performance metrics into clear, compelling business value propositions for clients.
  • • Highly collaborative spirit with a genuine interest in acting as a training and mentorship partner for other members of the account management team.
  • • Comfort and proficiency in navigating martech platforms, analytics dashboards, and other evolving technical tools essential for digital performance management.
  • • Exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts and initiatives simultaneously.
  • • A self-directed, strategic thinker with a strong bias toward action and exceptionally high standards for execution and client satisfaction.
  • • A demonstrable passion for digital media, content creation, journalism, or the evolving landscape of brand storytelling.
