📋 Description

• As a Senior Account Director at OLIVER, you will lead the Gen AI Content Studio team in developing innovative, AI-powered content for a global consumer health company, driving transformation in how healthcare professional (HCP) communications are created and delivered.
• You will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle — from briefing and planning to production and delivery — managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination between medical, creative, and delivery teams.
• OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, is a pioneer in building bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for over 300 clients across 40+ countries, leveraging cutting-edge AI to enhance creativity, efficiency, and decision-making in content production.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare communications, generative AI integration, and cross-functional leadership, while contributing to process optimization and best practices that shape the future of AI-driven content studios globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management in healthcare communication (agency side preferred)
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in healthcare environment
• Scientific literacy, attention to detail, and solid understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment
• English fluency required
• Experience in creative software and Gen AI applications (Canva, Jasper or other LLMs, etc.)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and experimentation and curiosity about how Generative AI can enhance creative workflows
