- • Day to day, the role involves leading client meetings, providing strategic direction from brief to completion, managing team performance and resource allocation, monitoring financials including budgeting and invoicing, identifying new business opportunities, and mentoring junior staff in financial and project management.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing client accounts with revenue exceeding £400K
- • Demonstrated ability to lead new business pitches and drive organic growth
- • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and resource management
- • Experience managing and mentoring team members, including Project Managers and Account Directors
- • Knowledge of healthcare compliance, HCP engagement regulations, and industry codes of practice
- • Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills
