📋 Description
- • As a Senior Account Executive at Workato, you will drive enterprise sales growth in Japan by targeting high-value customers and expanding the company’s footprint in one of its most strategic global markets.
- • You will build and execute territory plans focused on acquiring new business from enterprise clients, selling both directly and through channel partners, while acting as a trusted strategic advisor to C-level executives on automation and integration opportunities.
- • You will collaborate closely with local SDR, CSM, partner sales, and marketing teams to align efforts, leverage insights, and deliver cohesive customer experiences that drive adoption and expansion.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 8 years of direct enterprise software sales experience, preferably with a SaaS or PaaS vendor
- • Proven ability to generate new business sales and grow existing accounts in enterprise markets
- • Strong communication skills in Japanese (written and verbal) with the ability to engage C-level executives, both technical and non-technical
