- • As a Senior Account Executive at Abacum, you will drive revenue growth by selling the company’s Business Planning solution to mid-market and enterprise finance teams, helping them shift from number crunching to strategic decision-making.
- • You will manage the full sales cycle — from inbound lead handling and outbound prospecting to product demonstrations, stakeholder alignment, and closing deals with C-level executives such as CFOs and Heads of FP&A.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Product team to translate customer pain points into insights that inform the product roadmap, ensuring the solution evolves with market needs.
- • You will operate with autonomy and urgency in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, contributing to pipeline generation and consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.
- • You will join a global, diverse team of 100+ people across 30+ nationalities, backed by over $100M in funding and trusted by industry leaders like Strava, BetterUp, and Kajabi.
- • You will develop expertise in consultative sales, financial technology, and enterprise sales strategy while refining your ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with 2-6 month sales cycles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 4 years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS, with preference for experience selling to the office of the CFO
- • Proven ability to close 4 to 8 deals per quarter with a sales cycle of 2–6 months in mid-market or enterprise segments
- • Strong consultative sales skills, including comfort with analytical and quantitative approaches and experience leading product demonstrations
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to engage C-level executives and manage multiple stakeholders
- • Experience with self-generated lead generation through targeted outbound campaigns and adaptability to startup growth dynamics
