- • As a Senior Account Executive focused on the broker channel, you will drive Arlo’s growth by building and managing relationships with health insurance brokers to sell innovative, AI-powered level-funded health plan solutions that improve access to care and reduce financial barriers for members.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting broker outreach, educating partners on Arlo’s value proposition, supporting broker-led client discussions to close deals, identifying new market opportunities, collaborating with internal teams on underwriting and implementation, managing your territory through meetings and events, and maintaining accurate CRM records and performance reports.
- • You will join a mission-driven, fast-growing team at Arlo Technologies, backed by top-tier investors including Upfront Ventures, 8VC, and General Catalyst, combining deep healthcare and technology expertise to modernize a $1T health insurance market through AI-native solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in level-funded health plans and AI-driven healthcare platforms, accelerate your sales career in a high-trust, high-impact environment, and directly contribute to improving healthcare access and affordability at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in health insurance sales or a related insurance field (such as benefits or P&C), with a proven track record of working effectively with brokers.
- • Strong understanding of level-funded health plans or comparable health insurance products and their value propositions.
- • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build trust, credibility, and long-term relationships with broker partners.
- • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual meeting platforms to manage pipeline, track activity, and support remote collaboration.
- • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within your assigned territory to attend broker meetings, events, and client engagements.
- • Existing broker relationships in the small-to-mid-sized employer market are highly preferred.
