- • As a Senior Account Executive - Commercial at 1Password, you will manage a territory focused on acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts within companies of 500–2,500 employees, driving growth in the Commercial sector through strategic sales initiatives.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline building, conducting in-person and virtual meetings, attending industry events, negotiating with C-suite executives, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, and delivering forecasts while maintaining rigorous pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
- • You will join a high-performing, remote-first cybersecurity company recognized on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four consecutive years, serving over 180,000 businesses with a mission to enable secure productivity through Identity and Access Management innovations.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise sales cycles, deepen your knowledge of cybersecurity and Unified Access Management, sharpen your executive presentation and negotiation skills, and contribute directly to 1Password’s growth while advancing your career in a results-driven, innovative culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity with a focus on Commercial accounts
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs, including President’s Club achievement
- • Extensive experience with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach
- • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management
- • Advanced skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management
- • Resilient, self-motivated, and committed to consistently achieving targets while thriving in a remote environment
