- • As a Senior Account Executive for the DACH region, you will drive growth and expand Tandem Health’s footprint by introducing its clinician copilot platform to healthcare providers, partners, and health systems, playing a pivotal role in shaping market presence across Switzerland and beyond.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include acquiring new healthcare customers through cold calling, appointment scheduling, product presentations, and closing deals; representing Tandem at trade fairs and industry events; building and maintaining relationships with physicians, doctors, practice managers, and key decision-makers; strategically planning sales initiatives for the German healthcare market; collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to incorporate feedback; using CRM tools to manage leads transparently; and working with leadership to refine sales strategy and target segments.

🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or healthcare sector
- • Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences
- • Native level German and fluent English with excellent communication skills
- • High level of initiative, structured approach to work, and passion for embracing challenges in a dynamic environment
