  • • As a Senior Account Executive, Enterprise at Airwallex, you will drive high-value sales outcomes by identifying, pursuing, and closing complex enterprise deals across multiple industry verticals, directly contributing to the company’s mission of building the global payments and financial platform of the future.
  • • You will manage end-to-end sales cycles for large, strategic accounts, engaging stakeholders from technical users to C-suite executives, articulating the value of Airwallex’s unified payments and financial platform with precision and insight.
  • • You will develop and execute tailored strategic engagement plans, own your sales pipeline with accurate forecasting, and proactively anticipate client challenges to deliver solutions that drive measurable business value.
  • • You will collaborate with a high-performing, founder-minded Enterprise Sales team in ANZ, working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment where ownership, curiosity, and first-principles thinking are valued and rewarded.
  • • You will grow your career by tackling high-visibility, complex problems alongside exceptional teammates, leveraging AI and data to work smarter, while contributing to Airwallex’s rapid global expansion backed by $8B valuation and top-tier investors.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8–10+ years of experience in complex technology sales within enterprise accounts, with fintech or payments experience strongly preferred
  • • Proven success selling multi-product API solutions and a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • • Strong network of industry advocates and demonstrated ability to build relationships with C-level and cross-functional decision-makers
  • • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with ability to distill complex technical solutions into clear, compelling narratives
  • • Self-motivated, resilient, adaptable, and results-driven, with comfort working under pressure and willingness to travel as needed (hybrid model: 3+ days/week in-office)
