- • Senior Account Executive role focused on enterprise sales of New Relic’s observability platform, driving revenue by closing deals with inbound and self-sourced prospects while expanding existing customer accounts through upsell opportunities.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, continuously improving sales processes, and collaborating with presales engineers and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience, with at least 2 years in SaaS sales preferred
- • Challenger sales skills with ability to proactively propose solutions to customers and internal stakeholders (route sales not applicable)
- • Experience managing multiple accounts across various industries, preferably dozens of accounts rather than limited to a few key accounts
- • Strong collaboration skills in team selling environments, particularly with presales engineers
- • Basic understanding of infrastructure, software trends, and SaaS sales dynamics; experience with SFDC, Slack, PowerPoint, and Zoom is welcome
- • Interest in new industries and technologies, with ability to sell across industry boundaries
