- • As a Senior Account Executive - Enterprise Sales (Acquisition) at New Relic, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth by selling the company’s observability platform to enterprise customers across industries. Your work directly contributes to helping organizations optimize digital performance, improve system reliability, and accelerate innovation through AI, multi-cloud, and DevOps initiatives.
- • Day to day, you will expand the top of the funnel through proactive prospecting, build relationships with C-level executives, influencers, and end-users, own territory planning, identify customer needs, configure tailored solutions from New Relic’s product portfolio, manage the full sales cycle using the company’s sales process, maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline coverage in Salesforce, and ensure consistent communication with sales leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7-10 years of relevant experience in quota-carrying sales roles focused on new business acquisition at a software or technology company
- • Proven track record of closing multi-year, subscription- or consumption-based SaaS deals
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with C-level executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- • Proficiency in using Salesforce to track activities, forecast accurately, and maintain pipeline visibility
- • Strong understanding of enterprise technology stacks and ability to align New Relic’s solutions with customer business goals
