  • • As a Senior Account Executive, Enterprise for Southern Europe at Fivetran, you will drive new business and expansion within the Enterprise segment across Spain, Italy, and Portugal, directly contributing to the company’s mission of making data access as simple and reliable as electricity by enabling organizations to become truly data-driven through seamless, zero-maintenance data pipelines.
  • • You will plan and execute territory strategy across 50+ named enterprise accounts, generating qualified pipeline through strategic partnerships, outbound prospecting, and direct engagement, while managing complex 90-180 day sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders to close deals and expand Fivetran’s footprint in high-value organizations.
  • • You will act as a trusted advisor, articulating the value of Fivetran’s database replication and platform capabilities to senior decision-makers, negotiating contracts with legal and deal desk teams, and cultivating long-term relationships that turn customers into internal champions who advocate for Fivetran enterprise-wide.
  • • You will participate in a mandatory one-week, in-person Revenue Bootcamp during your second week — a critical onboarding experience designed to align you with Fivetran’s sales methodology, product expertise, and go-to-market strategy, setting you up for immediate impact in your territory.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 5 years of proven success in new business sales targeting enterprise-level organizations, with a demonstrable track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • • Proven ability to plan and execute territory and account-based strategies, including pipeline generation through tech and SI partners, XDRs, and direct outbound efforts in named accounts.
  • • Demonstrated proficiency in navigating enterprise sales cycles, negotiating contracts with legal and procurement teams, and building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers to drive expansion and advocacy.
  • • Fluency in French and Spanish is required; Italian is a strong plus; English must be fluent for internal collaboration and customer engagement.
  • • Proven experience selling within the data infrastructure or modern data stack industry, with familiarity in selling SaaS solutions that require technical understanding and value-based positioning.
  • • Experience successfully selling into the Southern Europe territory (Spain, Italy, Portugal), including understanding of local business practices, buying cycles, and key enterprise players.
