  • • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract, consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious revenue targets while representing Upvest’s Investment-as-a-Service platform to Europe’s leading brokers, banks, wealth managers and non-financial platforms.
  • • Act as a strategic consultant to C-level and VP-level stakeholders at tier-1 financial institutions, mapping their digital-investment roadmaps and articulating how Upvest’s API-first infrastructure can accelerate time-to-market, reduce total cost of ownership and unlock new revenue streams.
  • • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities by combining outbound prospecting, warm introductions from our investor network and inbound leads generated by our marketing team; rigorously track every interaction in Salesforce to provide accurate forecasting and revenue predictability.
  • • Craft bespoke commercial proposals that translate complex regulatory, technical and business requirements into clear ROI narratives, leveraging battle cards, case studies and live demos to shorten sales cycles and maximise win rates.
  • • Orchestrate cross-functional deal teams that include solutions engineering, legal, risk, compliance and implementation specialists; run weekly deal reviews, remove blockers and ensure every internal and external stakeholder is aligned on scope, timeline and success criteria.
  • • Represent Upvest at industry conferences, roundtables and networking events across the DACH region, positioning the company as the thought leader in embedded investing and expanding your personal network of decision-makers in banking, wealth management and platform businesses.
  • • Contribute to continuous sales-enablement improvements by documenting objection-handling techniques, refining pitch decks and feeding competitive intelligence back to product and marketing teams so that every future deal is faster and more efficient.
  • • Partner with the post-sales implementation team to ensure a seamless transition from signed contract to live integration, participating in early onboarding calls and quarterly business reviews to protect net-revenue retention and identify upsell opportunities.
  • • Champion Upvest’s culture of transparency and customer obsession by sharing win-loss analyses, celebrating team successes and mentoring junior colleagues who aspire to move into enterprise sales.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4-6 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, ideally selling API-first or infrastructure-as-a-service products to financial institutions
  • • Demonstrable track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with banks, wealth managers or large fintechs in the DACH market
  • • Native or C2-level German plus fluent English; able to negotiate and present in both languages
  • • Deep understanding of the European investment-services landscape, including MiFID II, CSDR and local custody regulations
  • • Proven ability to run consultative, solution-oriented sales processes and to build trust with technical, legal and commercial buyers
