- • Senior Account Executive Germany (m/f/x) at Eye Security, Inc. – Drive strategic sales growth in Central Germany by owning the full sales cycle for cutting-edge cybersecurity and embedded cyber insurance solutions, directly contributing to the company’s mission of making enterprise-grade protection accessible to mid-market businesses across Europe.
- • You will work strategically with our market in Central Germany, owning and managing the full sales cycle from discovery to closing, acting as the first point of contact for partners (brokers and MSPs), building and maintaining pipeline creation processes, applying solution selling principles to identify customer pain points and articulate risk reduction value, recognizing market growth opportunities, serving as a primary link between customers, partners, and internal departments, and collaborating with Product and Marketing teams while representing Eye at industry events.
- • Eye Security is one of Europe’s fastest-growing cybersecurity and embedded cyber insurance scale-ups, with over 180 employees and international expansion underway; the company unites professionals from intelligence, military, tech, and consulting backgrounds to set a new standard for cybersecurity accessibility, combining cutting-edge technology with hands-on expertise to detect, respond to, and recover from cyber threats in real time for the European mid-market.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in solution selling for complex IT infrastructure and managed services, deepen your proficiency in structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills across product, marketing, and partner ecosystems, and gain hands-on experience shaping go-to-market strategy in a high-growth, mission-driven scale-up environment where your impact directly contributes to making enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience closing SaaS or software deals with strong customer-centric discovery and solution-selling skills.
- • Experience selling complex IT infrastructure solutions or managed services where the value proposition focuses on risk reduction, continuity, and business impact beyond cost efficiency.
- • Demonstrated strong relationship and/or partner management skills.
- • Affinity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC or similar).
- • Entrepreneurial, driven, and proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- • Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
