  • • Own the full inbound sales cycle for the Middle East market—from first touch to signed contract—turning a high-volume stream of marketing-qualified leads into loyal, revenue-generating customers.
  • • Respond to inbound inquiries within minutes, not hours, running fast, consultative discovery calls that uncover pain points, budget, authority, timeline, and strategic fit, then map those findings to Freshworks’ suite of SaaS solutions.
  • • Deliver crisp, tailored product demos (virtual-first) that speak directly to Middle East prospects’ compliance, localization, and ROI requirements; weave in customer success stories and live data to prove immediate value.
  • • Build and rigorously manage a healthy pipeline in Salesforce: log every activity, forecast revenue with 90 %+ accuracy, and maintain 3Ă— pipeline coverage to guarantee consistent quota attainment—quarter after quarter.
  • • Negotiate and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals ranging from $5k to $100k+ ARR, navigating procurement, legal, and security reviews while protecting deal margins and accelerating time-to-signature.
  • • Identify expansion opportunities during the sales cycle—upsell additional Freshworks products and cross-sell into adjacent business units—then hand off a clear growth plan to Customer Success for post-sale execution.
  • • Partner daily with Marketing to score lead quality, refine ICP criteria, and feed real-time insights back into campaigns; collaborate with Sales Development to sharpen messaging and with Product to relay market feedback.
  • • Serve as the voice of the Middle East customer internally: champion localization needs, pricing sensitivities, and competitive threats to ensure our roadmap and positioning stay ahead of regional demands.
  • • Continuously sharpen your craft—attend weekly win/loss reviews, complete micro-certifications on new features, and experiment with new sales plays—so you remain the trusted advisor prospects want on their side.
  • • Contribute to a high-energy, metrics-driven culture: celebrate wins, share best practices, and mentor junior reps, helping the entire Chennai inside-sales hub exceed collective revenue goals.
