- • Be the revenue engine for Freshworks’ North-American inbound motion. Every day you will field a high-velocity stream of marketing-qualified leads—ranging from fast-growing start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises—turning curiosity into signed contracts and long-term customer relationships.
- • Master lightning-fast lead triage. Within minutes of a lead hitting the CRM you will research the account, score fit and intent, and launch a personalized outreach sequence that shows you have already solved a similar pain for a peer company.
- • Run world-class discovery. Through crisp, empathic phone and video calls you will uncover the prospect’s strategic initiatives, technical constraints, buying committee, and success metrics, then translate those findings into a tailored value hypothesis that makes choosing Freshworks a no-brainer.
- • Own the entire sales cycle—no hand-offs. From first “hello” to e-signature you will demo the platform, architect a business case, negotiate commercials, and quarterback legal/security reviews, all while keeping the buyer experience friction-free and on-brand.
- • Deliver jaw-dropping demos. Using Zoom, Gong, and our own products, you will craft story-driven demonstrations that map every feature to a quantified outcome—whether that is cutting ticket resolution time by 40 % or boosting CSAT by 30 %—and leave prospects eager to pilot.
- • Exceed aggressive quarterly and annual ARR quotas. You will maintain 3× pipeline coverage, forecast within 10 % accuracy, and consistently rank in the top 20 % of the global sales org.
- • Expand accounts from day one. Before the ink dries you will identify upsell (additional products) and cross-sell (more seats, new geos) opportunities, teeing up Customer Success for land-and-expand motions that double deal size within 12 months.
- • Serve as the prospect’s trusted advisor. You will map the organizational chart, build champions, neutralize blockers, and provide executive-level insights that help VPs and CIOs look like heroes inside their companies.
- • Feed the growth machine. You will deliver structured feedback to Marketing on lead quality, content gaps, and campaign performance, ensuring that every dollar spent upstream turns into pipeline downstream.
- • Collaborate without silos. Daily syncs with SDRs, weekly deal councils with Solutions Engineers, and monthly QBRs with Customer Success will ensure prospects experience one seamless Freshworks journey—from first click to renewal.
- • Keep the CRM sacred. Every call, email, and note will be logged in Salesforce within 15 minutes, giving leadership real-time visibility and enabling AI-driven coaching insights.
- • Stay sharper than the competition. You will block two hours every week for competitive labs, product roadmap sessions, and mock objection-handling drills so that you can out-sell and out-value any rival in the room.
- • Champion the customer voice. You will funnel product gaps and feature requests to our R&D teams, directly influencing the next wave of innovation that keeps Freshworks ahead of the curve.
- • Celebrate wins and learn from losses. Gong recordings, peer shadowing, and open pipeline reviews will create a culture where every rep grows 1 % every single day.
