- • Own the entire revenue cycle for Korea’s largest enterprise and public-sector accounts, from first discovery meeting through multi-year renewal and expansion. You will quarterback cross-functional deal teams (Solution Architects, Channel Partners, Customer Success, Product Marketing) to land seven-figure ARR contracts that transform how Korea’s top banks, telcos, manufacturers, and government agencies deliver software.
- • Build and execute a data-driven territory plan that balances green-field prospecting, whitespace expansion in the existing 200+ account install base, and co-sell motions with global SIs such as Samsung SDS, LG CNS, and POSCO DX. You will map economic buyers, technical champions, and security gatekeepers; craft account-based campaigns; and maintain a 3× pipeline coverage in Salesforce to guarantee predictable quarterly attainment.
- • Deliver board-level business cases that quantify the ROI of Tricentis’ AI-powered continuous testing platform. Translate complex technical capabilities—model-based test automation, risk-based testing, service virtualization, and test data management—into KPIs that resonate with CFOs: 50 % faster release cycles, 90 % defect reduction pre-production, and 30 % lower test maintenance costs.
- • Orchestrate multi-threaded sales cycles that average 6–9 months and involve up to ten stakeholders. You will run discovery workshops, executive briefings, proof-of-value labs, and procurement negotiations entirely in Korean and English, ensuring compliance with local security frameworks such as K-ISMS and global standards like GDPR and FedRAMP.
- • Evangelize DevOps and shift-left quality engineering practices at industry events, KCD (Korea Cloud-Native Days), and private CxO roundtables. You will co-author Korean-language thought-leadership blogs, webinars, and reference stories that position Tricentis as the catalyst for Korea’s digital transformation agenda.
- • Champion customer success post-signature by partnering with Professional Services and Customer Success Managers to drive adoption, expansion, and advocacy. You will monitor health scores, sponsor quarterly business reviews, and secure upsell opportunities for additional modules (Test Automation, qTest, NeoLoad, Tosca, Data Fabric) that deepen wallet share.
- • Maintain laser-accurate forecasting and hygiene in Salesforce, Clari, and Gong. You will deliver weekly commit forecasts, stage-gate deal inspections, and executive QBRs that enable APAC leadership to make informed investment and hiring decisions.
- • Live Tricentis’ core values every day: move fast, run toward change, and solve problems together. You will mentor junior reps, share winning plays in our APAC Slack channel, and contribute to the global AE playbook so that the entire company scales faster.
