- • As a Senior Account Executive at Cohere, you will own the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise and public-sector organizations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, driving net-new customer acquisition and building long-term partnerships in high-impact sectors including financial services, telecommunications, government, energy, healthcare, and large national enterprises.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and ministerial stakeholders, leveraging deep relationships to position Cohere as a trusted AI partner, while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Development, Marketing, and Sales Engineering teams to shape product evolution and drive adoption.
- • Cohere is a mission-driven AI company scaling intelligence to serve humanity through frontier models for content generation, semantic search, RAG, and agents, composed of world-class researchers, engineers, and designers committed to innovation, diversity, and impact.
- • In this role, you will have the autonomy to build Cohere’s market presence in KSA from the ground up, directly influencing product strategy through customer insights and achieving significant impact in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with ownership of a strategic territory.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise or government deals in Saudi Arabia
- • Consistent history of exceeding quota in high-growth or early-stage environments, preferably selling complex enterprise technology, developer platforms, private deployments, or AI/NLP solutions
- • Deep relationships with senior executives across KSA enterprises, ministries, telecommunications, banking, and sovereign entities
- • Fluency in both Arabic and English to effectively engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders in fast-moving deals
- • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments as both a strategist and hands-on operator capable of building a market from scratch
