- • The Senior Account Executive serves as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners, delivering high-quality service and supporting sales growth for Assurant, a Fortune 500 global leader in protection and connected device solutions.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing assigned client portfolios, serving as the primary point of contact, responding to inquiries, identifying new business opportunities, overseeing implementations, monitoring performance metrics, preparing business reviews, analyzing financial results, ensuring data integrity, and managing contracting activities across legal, operations, claims, underwriting, actuarial, and sales teams.

- • In this role, the individual can develop deep expertise in client relationship management, strategic sales, cross-functional collaboration, financial analysis, contract negotiation, and program optimization while driving revenue growth and client retention in the insurance and risk management sector.
🎯 Requirements
- • A minimum of 3 years of experience in agency sales, marketing, and/or account development.
- • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Private Flood insurance or NFIP.
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- • Proficiency with MS Tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- • Experience building long-term relationships with clients and providing solutions based on business needs.
