- • Senior Account Executive (Mid-Market) role focused on driving sales growth and customer success in the fleet safety and telematics industry by building strategic partnerships with enterprise and mid-market clients.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include proactively cultivating customer relationships, developing sales strategies, leading sales pursuits, designing account plans, managing multiple accounts, expanding internal and external networks, and positioning oneself as a trusted advisor to executive-level decision makers.
- • Lytx is a technology company dedicated to improving fleet safety, efficiency, and productivity through smart hardware, software, and API integrations that provide a consolidated view of fleet operations for customers.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in consultative sales, strategic account planning, and executive-level engagement while contributing to Lytx’s mission of protecting a world in motion by helping customers maximize ROI and achieve safer, more efficient operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of consultative sales experience, with 2-3 years in SaaS or fleet industry preferred
- • 4+ years of account management experience or equivalent
- • Proven success managing full sales cycles for enterprise-level deals, including engagement with senior decision makers and ROI-focused selling
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- • Results-oriented with executive-level communication skills, strong collaboration abilities, and a drive to consistently over-achieve quotas
- • Skilled at problem-solving complex situations using analytical skills, creativity, and sound business judgment
