• Own the entire revenue cycle for France & Francophone mid-market accounts (251–500 employees), translating Freshworks’ full CX/ITSM/CRM suite into € multi-million ARR growth.
• Build and continuously refine a data-driven territory plan: segment 1,200+ named accounts by industry, tech stack, and propensity-to-buy; prioritise the top 200 for quarterly “land-and-expand” motions.
• Run high-velocity outbound campaigns—cold calls, hyper-personalised emails, LinkedIn video messages, and targeted events—generating 12–15 qualified opportunities per month with an average deal size of €45k ARR.
• Orchestrate multi-threaded outreach to C-suite, IT Directors, and Operations VPs, mapping economic buyers, champions, and blockers; secure at least three warm contacts per account to de-risk deals.
• Conduct deep discovery workshops (virtual or on-site in Paris/Lyon) to surface pain points around legacy ticketing, siloed customer data, or agent productivity; translate findings into tailored ROI models showing 30–50 % cost savings within 12 months.
• Deliver polished product demos and proof-of-concepts in fluent French and English, leveraging Freshworks’ sandbox environments to showcase AI-powered automations and omnichannel workflows.
• Negotiate and close complex, multi-year SaaS agreements (12–36 months) including security addenda, GDPR riders, and volume-pricing tiers; maintain >25 % win rate and <15 % discount average.
• Maintain surgical CRM hygiene in Salesforce: log every touch, forecast commits weekly within 5 % accuracy, and provide deal-level commentary for EMEA leadership reviews.
• Partner with a dedicated BDR for top-of-funnel, regional marketing for ABM campaigns, and 40+ channel partners (GSIs & resellers) to co-sell and influence 35 % of pipeline.
• Act as the voice of France back to Product & Marketing—relay competitive intel, localisation gaps, and feature requests—helping shape the roadmap for EU data residency and French-language UI.
• Champion customer success hand-offs: brief implementation teams, schedule QBRs, and identify upsell paths (additional products, seats, or premium support) within 90 days of signature.
• Travel up to 30 % across France and occasionally to EMEA HQ in London for quarterly business reviews and team off-sites.
🎯 Requirements
• Native or bilingual French with professional English; able to run demos, negotiate contracts, and draft proposals in both languages without hesitation.
• 4+ years of full-cycle outbound SaaS sales to mid-market or enterprise accounts, consistently exceeding €750k annual quota.
• Demonstrated ability to build pipeline from zero: proven record of 60 %+ self-generated opportunities via cold outbound tactics.
• Strong command of MEDDPICC or similar qualification methodology; able to articulate economic value and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM; comfortable manipulating data for territory planning and forecasting.
• Nice-to-have: existing network of French IT/Operations leaders and prior experience selling CX, ITSM, or CRM solutions.
