- ⢠As a Senior Account Executive, Provider at Availity, you will drive net-new logo acquisition and expand revenue within existing provider accounts across an assigned territory spanning KY, OH, WV, VA, PA, and TN, playing a critical role in growing Availityās market share in the healthcare technology space.
- ⢠You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for the Availity Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) suite, including pipeline management, forecasting, and execution of consultative, team-based sales approaches targeting health systems, hospitals, and multi-physician groups.
- ⢠Your responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, preparing and presenting formal proposals, collaborating with Legal and Marketing to structure contracts and deliver value-based messaging, and ensuring timely execution of fully signed agreements.
- ⢠You will partner with the Marketing team to articulate Availityās story and demonstrate ROI, while driving outbound prospecting through warm and cold outreach to generate new opportunities and expand relationships within named accounts.
- ⢠Success in this role requires ownership of pipeline development, opportunity progression, and accurate sales forecasting, along with active participation in industry events and travel to customer sites as needed to maintain deep knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulatory considerations.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in Healthcare IT, with demonstrated success selling Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions through net-new logo acquisition and revenue expansion within existing provider accounts.
- ⢠Proven ability to prospect, close complex enterprise deals, and grow relationships via upsell and cross-sell of healthcare technology or RCM solutions in a quota-driven sales environment.
- ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfort preparing and presenting formal proposals, and working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- ⢠Active involvement in industry organizations such as MGMA and HFMA is preferred, along with recognition such as Top Salesperson awards or Presidentās Club honors.
- ⢠Persuasive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, with the ability to persevere through lengthy, complex sales cycles.
- ⢠Must be located in the United States and eligible to work remotely, with willingness to travel as required for customer engagement in assigned territory (KY, OH, WV, VA, PA, TN).
