- • Own the entire revenue cycle for Alabama and surrounding markets—prospecting, pitching, closing, and renewing—while consistently surpassing quarterly and annual sales targets for JamLoop’s OTT/CTV Demand-Side Platform.
- • Design and execute a data-driven territory plan that blends outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, local media monitoring) with high-impact networking at industry events, trade shows, and agency meet-ups to build a robust pipeline of independent and mid-market agencies.
- • Serve as the market expert on streaming television advertising trends, translating complex CTV capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with media buyers and brand marketers.
- • Conduct deep discovery sessions to uncover each client’s KPIs, budget cycles, creative assets, and audience targets, then craft tailored media plans that leverage JamLoop’s premium inventory, transparent reporting, and self-serve or fully managed buying options.
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers—from media supervisors to CMOs—ensuring seamless onboarding, campaign optimization, and renewal conversations that drive 90 %+ client retention.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with JamLoop’s ad-ops, product, and data science teams to pilot new targeting tactics, troubleshoot delivery issues, and package case studies that accelerate upsells and referrals.
- • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene (Salesforce or HubSpot) to forecast pipeline, stage progression, and revenue attainment with 95 % accuracy, providing weekly updates to the Regional Sales Lead.
- • Plan and execute quarterly travel throughout Alabama (Birmingham, Huntsville, Mobile, Montgomery) and adjacent DMAs to strengthen existing partnerships and open doors in untapped verticals such as healthcare, automotive, and higher education.
- • Act as a brand ambassador at local AMA, IAB, and AdFed chapters, delivering thought-leadership presentations on the shift from linear to streaming TV and positioning JamLoop as the go-to CTV partner for measurable, local campaigns.
- • Contribute to the evolution of JamLoop’s product roadmap by relaying real-time market feedback on pricing models, inventory gaps, and feature requests, ensuring our platform stays ahead of rapidly changing advertiser needs.
- • Mentor junior sales reps and SDRs by sharing best practices, objection-handling techniques, and negotiation frameworks that elevate the entire regional team’s performance.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation—A/B testing creative messaging, vertical-specific pitch decks, and incentive structures—to continuously refine what resonates in the Southeast marketplace.
